Please note that our guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Original Cash Bill and Certificate of Guarantee with all the particulars filled in should be furnished along with the defective watch to the nearest HMT watch showroom at your expenses.
- Our guarantee is not valid if the watch is mishandled / remodeled / misused / abused/ meddled by unauthorized persons.
- Our guarantee does not cover
- Normal wear & tear.
- Damage on watch crystal/mineral glass/strap/band/ bracelet/power cell.
- Gold plating and other metal finishes.
- Water/moisture entry under abnormal condition of use.
- Any consequential damage or loss.
- Cost such as postage and insurance.
The defective watch will either be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of the Company.
